«Beef Noodle Soup is a very traditional meal in Vietnam. It is acceptable to eat at any meal time, but most commonly is eaten at breakfast time. Know where you are going and know that it will be different from which you came as people, food, culture, language will be different and as it should be because that’s why you are traveling. It’s good to keep in mind that there is so much about new cultures we don’t know. Our desire to learn about the Vietnamese culture, you will be surprised of how you are received. I found the people reserved but extremely friendly, especially outside the main tourist areas. Everything was perfectly organized with a very competent and very nice guide.»
